Another still render from my short 3D Degree Film.

WHOOOSH! Runt has found his wings at last, joyfully swooping low at the now terrified fleeing Siblings, kicking his talons out at them in a playful manner as he soars over their heads.

This render shows the landscape in its entirety! It is huge, and took quite a while to generate all those rocks to be in their respectful places. Many thanks to my film buddy who did this, he worked on the landscape for ages...and...well, you can see the end result!

Despite all the rocks and the wonderful purple fog, the scene renders out fairly quickly. In order to truly show the detail of the cliffs and boulders I toned down the fog and the depth of field blur so even the most distant part of the landscape is clearer to see.
